Well i have seen 2 or 3 articles 1 by crammer --who says C a great speclative play-- the other 1 saying bac and C the 2 winners in the stress test. http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/b-citi-stress-test-winners-group/story.aspx?guid=%7B26D4437D%2D6ADF%2D4C2D%2D9D36%2DFFA43A75EF01%7D&siteid=yhoof and of course my fav.http://seekingalpha.com/article/127103-citigroup-float-may-experience-dramatic-upside-velocity?source=yahoo ALSO with new $$ coming into the market some investers will go to the lowest priced bank--- and so many people have said that banks tend to get pretty close in price over the years, mostly because they also trade in 401k's as a group. So i would like to think when people mull this over this weekend-- we just might see it @ $4.45 and the next 10 to 20 mins. latter we break through the $5 mark jmho
