from the dod to the sec
should be *unable* to
benefit for a specific
period of time ~ whether
it's 3 yrs .. 5 yrs ..

can appear long before
their *officially* noted>

our whole system is broken

the good news is .. since most
*Americans* have been affected
via their investments ~ the outrage
is real .. and i expect the education
to follow ~

whether anything will ever change
is another matter .. entirely ~
