Well, you were right. Looks like more shares were going to be needed to be issued for the debt reduction. I still think folks may be overreacting here as I just saw that filing last night myself. Just as when they announced the merger in the 8K filing, we have some jumping ship now. Hopefully they know what they are doing and that this was absolutely necessary. But yes, my confidence is starting to erode here as well now.
