Hello hubsters...

In my humble opinion....is somethin a'brewin...??today isnot a normal trading activity day for TOVC...

Who and why....?

Just a quick comment on the Nasdaq eligibility rules...I may be wrong, but just because a prospective Nasdaq company dips below $5.00, doesnot mean that the company starts over on the eligibility clock....it has to stay below for 22 days if I am correct, before the clock starts again..
