many times from both sides, and I get the feeling that this contract broke down at Change Orders. I can not remember where it was not required that change orders be paid for beforethey are incorporated into the project. this protects both sides. the owner is assured that the C.O. is included in contract, and the contractor doesn't end up with a zipper in the back of the trousers and left stuck with them. NO PAY NO,
NO EXECUTION, contract stalled or possably dead.
P.S. Those of us that appreciate any posts on this board that
ring true are gonna miss T.F. as much as we have already missed our investment. Now the skys the limit on speculation
or spin that creative minds can create. I can only hope it's
humorous as thats all there is or has been for the 3 years
