Ummm, I'm just repeating what Megas has stated in the filings.

You should read them.

Anyway, back to the question you keep avoiding...how did Megas/insiders vote over 1.7 billion shares vote if they are not covered and recognized as issued and outstanding????..and why would he cover such an outrageous amount if he were not responsible for them???
