The loss included charges of $60.2M + $27M + $19.4M and a restructuring credit of $34.6. If you add it all together you get: -13 + 60.2 + 27 + 19.4 - 34.6 = $59M profit. Divided by 150.5M shares outstanding = 39 cents / share before charges. Estimates were for 33 cents - 37 cents, so we beat. No wonder there is not a selloff. Keep your shares, this is going up!
