oooh yes someone is either loading up for 1 of 2 reasons

1- like you said inside info

2- pre loading for a run someone buys big... gets people talking sends out an email blast and booooooooooooooooom when they are all in and pps is up that person is out

either way i dont care its good for us lol im not here for target of a dollar im here for a possible 10 bagger = )
