Drift I was thinking about your idea that there are two buyers. I think you are on to something. First a Dow or equivalent really could not buy up shares before a buyout. So this leads me to think that possibly Allie & Zimmerman have been the buyers of maybe 600M shares. Then I think Dow or an equivalent would buy the industria/commerical end. I figure the commerical end at about 1/3 of the sales for the end of 09. Approximately 35-50M. These guys could pay cash for it. Five times revenue 150-250M. Somehow they would figure out how many shares that is with Allie/Zimmerman. I figure it would be around 5-8cents. Then the retail end would be reversred merged into a NASD shell they have or they would IPO it at .10-.20. The question arises why EESO says 3rd qtr audited results - reason is that is when they would need then for a NASD listing or IPO. I think you are onto something here.
