Here's the scoop concerning the new CFO .......

I was able to track down Winston Yen today and we spoke about OPAI for 37 minutes. The new CFO tells me he's done the books for many companies, some of them publically traded. His initial comment about OPAI was that they had the cleanest balance sheet he's ever seen. The old CFO is now the Controller of OPAI.

I asked him about the part of today's 8-K that mentioned road shows and what that meant. Sure enough, next month and the month after, Winston will be speaking about OPAI to investment groups across the country.

He and the company are just as puzzled about the PPS as any of us and they are about to change that, admitting that the company has been weak in their efforts to reach out to the investing public.

Winston stated that when OPAI reverse merged into this fully reporting shell, the company thought the PPS would immediately skyrocket because of the financial strength of the company. Instead the PPS went down, as have all OTC-BB China small-caps. They are very aware of the other Chinese small-caps that are starting to get their PPS up and executing R/S's in order to uplist to either the Nasdaq, AMEX or NYSE and in light of the company's disappointment concerning the OTC-BB exchange up till now, one of the big-board exchanges is a part of the plan going forward.

I'm told that the company is firing on all cylinders, the business continues to boom and an enormous expansion will soon be upon us, specific details forthcoming.

Winston will be flying to the company's headquarters in China next Tuesday and he'll make the trip to China once a month thereafter.

Winston states that the CEO is one of the most serious businessmen he's ever dealt with and the guy is all about performance and growth.

At the current PPS of .27, our trailing P/E is a whopping 1.3 based upon the 2008 EPS of .20 (.10 in 2007) and there's just no way the PPS is going to remain down here, period. We might not shoot straight to $2.00 tomorrow, but we'll get there and then some. OPAI is truly an earnings powerhouse and with an enormous expansion around the corner, God only knows what future 10-Q's are going to look like, but they should be jaw-dropping.
