what actually infuriates me is that these companies have virtually no countability. Any sense of doubt they have, they can cut ratings at will and then find something to justify it.

As much as i am any democrat i truly hope Obama follows through on his promise to "reign in" rating co.

I mean they cut hayz 3 times in a row now, while no new news have been released.
