Pappy...making enough to scrape by...lol..

twiddling my thumbs mostly on Paramount Development..

they're working out a proposal this week (supposedly)
on bringing a Walmart and possibly a Lowe's to a 47 acre
chunk of land that me, my dad, and 7 other families own..

our go between realtor has us all land/house owners signed up and she said
we would all be offered an offer we CAN'T refuse...

THEN, if that goes thru, I will be in the 'chips'..yeeHaw!
