It is always so much better when you get everyone focused on delivering that result from the start, instead of having them thinking there is going to be lots of wiggle room allowed, with a generous margin for committing errors... which then results in having to watch as the process of pulling a hat out of a rabbit goes forward... which is a vastly messier affair.
