the Company stated in five Pr's that it was retaining the moneys of 65 million with two flip flops in between those Pr's now it says stock in the disclosure at the bottom of every fairy tale.
They are wrong to think that because they are getting STOCK for the Sale that they do NOT have to file a [k] to the SEC. well they are wrong. It is a Sale of value over 5 million that has been "realized" thru stock. clock has been ticking since 2/05/09 on that K and also a K for Molygold.
