Disability Access Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary, Disability Access Consultants, Inc., is in the process of securing office facilities in the Washington D.C. area to further implement Disability Access Corporation's business plan.

Regarding the progress of the filing of Disability Access Corporation's Form 10-12g Amendment #2 and answering the SEC's second round of comments. The accountant, attorney and auditor are in the final stage of reviewing the Form 10-12g Amendment #2 and the response letter. The Company will update the website as soon as the filings are made with the SEC.
