With a strike price of 4.40 I believe, this problem will be resolved soon. Investors aren't about to sell for 3.00 or less and Chummings has already shot both feet by reporting late 2 times. I do think sellers will step up when Chummings starts acting like a viable co who is shareholder friendly. To date that hasn't happened.

They also pulled IR out of the S1 process, I guess they think they can just sit back and process hogs now..its unbelievable but at the same time its China. Evidently some feelings were hurt. jmo

JB did say lawyers are involved..
