Why would the Chairman, CEO and President that Mr. Epstein works for want to buy or take over Sun? Simply revenge can't be case when others become involved. Mr. Esptein went to Drake University and majored in Business Administration and Marketing. He is a Business Manager and Salesman. Here the pitch, There is Money in Sun's Business Model or Mr. Esptein wouldn't have a pitch for a take over.

All the puzzle pieces fit in my mind. Buy BAD news, always.
