By the way when I say for Malcolm to be gone, I do not mean to leave CYGX, I am saying he should be the scientist he is and run that end of the function and leave the actual management in runing the bussines end to a new CEO. The CFO, imo should be replaced. In my engineering busines, you have to have the necessary education and then pass state licensure exams to be called an engineer, P.E. (professional engineer). Isn't there such a requirement for CFO's?
