Thank you for the 3 year old article. If you READ the WHOLE 10-Q they have been borrowing money for a long time. MOST development company's borrow for a long time for the eventual payout.

R & D is short for Research and Development and many companies need to do this to develop its product and it cost money. Sometimes millions.

Maybe you should spend your time on more conservative stocks and NOT WLSI.
