tomm, evidently you do NOT understand what the terms buy and sell mean when saying buys outnumbered sells. It is considered a buy when bought at the ASK and a sell when bought at the Bid. There is NEVER more shares bought than sold except when there are shorts and again it is plain to see the MM is NOT shorting the stock. Why? Because you move the stock up or spike it up so the short is more profitable and safe. A MM would NEVER move the price down and then short. It's actually quite simple to see someone is selling large blocks of shares and I'm guessing that person owned the shares from the time the IGTP shell was purchased.
