The answer to your statements is very simple. DON'T INVEST IN EDEX!!! It's speculative. It's a PINK!! Find something that you can do Diligence on. If you're not prepared to lose, stay the hell away from the OTC and Pinks.

So the web site is deceptive. So what? News releases are always deceptive. Usually followed with: "These are FORWARD looking STATEMENTS, etc., etc. FOLLOWED BY A DISCLAIMER!!! WHICH no one bothers to read, because they wanted to believe the RELEASE. You know that I'm telling the truth about most people. They are dubious, BUT they want to believe.
