If you follow Elliot Wave Theory, wave #3 is usually the largest of all 5 waves but is not very predictable. This usually follows a short retrace to complete a wave #4 to be followed by the most predictable wave #5. Lots of folks love wave #5 simply because the risk factor is somewhat lower.

I love a good wave #3! It keeps the blood pumping and if you catch them early enough, you can make significant gains. Good Luck!
