In my call with Brian on Sat..he assured me that he has or will submit to Pinksheet their blood money and their difficult 10k reporting format. It cost this company thousands of dollars and more importantly valuable time out of Brians day to put Pinksheets.com in line. Pinksheets is an extorsionist.

We should see the filing and the clearing of the "Buyer Beware" flag gone by weeks end.
