Yes....facts!!! I don't like them but they are what they are:

1. Greg hyped .10-.15 by June. We are now under half a freakin penny.

2. Greg promised 6 acquisitions by June, all with significant revenue. We have 2 puny acquisitions with NO details on price paid and revenue (if any) projectiuons.

3. Greg promised a new product each week, all costing very little but with enormous revenue potential. The first product has so much potential the pps that day went down!!!!

4. Greg has spent time on every blog (some almost 50% of the blog) with his rants about the "haters".

5. Greg refuses to give us the original diluted makeup of the free floating shares and whether he is selling LIGATT owned shares. Check BoxerJoe's post # 16263 if you have a problem understanding this issue.

6. Greg promised something new to benefit shareholders....something so new and great all CEOs would be doing it. We GOT what has been done a bazillion times in pennyland...a spinoff of Spoofem. And again we get NO x date and NO revenue projection and No real details about the product and any addon products.

So eur06, that enough facts for you!!?? I mean it is easy to laugh at them but go look at the little pps box above the discussion board and then get back to me.
