Well, I think the "custody" post you are referring to was in the end a false rumor. We have to be careful of those since they do no one any good.

My gut instinct tells me this is all paper now. I can't see any of the shops in survival. The only potential is the CA shops of which we have little if any real news.

Current rumor is (and it is ONLY a rumor)is that the Vowlers are all in Florida and that someone who was in the know is co-operating with authorities.

I can't recall any legal battle that they have won yet. Lots of settlements and none have been paid to date that I am aware of.
