Ok I asked to exchange before the deadline Nov 7th
I received In my mind Series B ,but when I asked Errol
here is his reply :
They should not have been taken by Ameritrade as they are unregistered shares. I do not know the answer. You will need to talk to them. "
these shares are series C !

so add me to the list as confused as well .

on the other hand I asked TDA to convert few shares , The clearing firm has confirmed with the transfer agent for 141 CAPTIAL INC that they have received my requests for conversion and that they are currently working on the share exchange. However, they did not provide an anticipated completion date for the conversion. It was also confirmed to me that the shares were successfully submitted for exchange.
