dragon52 you heard WRONG....

it is with TTR-HP, not AERO Performance Products. According to the PR release on April 20th, it states the following:

Aero Performance Products, Inc. Announces Sale of Its Majority Stock Position in TTR-HP, Inc.

The even better news, the debt and lawsuits followed TTR-HP.....
