Any info on $3mil convertible debenture that was due 3/31 and if converted at SP in March as per their condition, it will increase outstanding sharecount by 45mil shares--almost doubling share count.
As per their 10Q report, current biz plan to build RE project with own money and gettting paid over 20-25 yrs is not feasible in current credit crunch when co does not have a lot of cash on hand to start with. Thaat is what management has said in 10Q
