The Company has the Clearest history of Blantant lies to its shareholders, From saying a website is going live VERY SHORTLY and OR THIS WEEK IN March 08, OUTright Lie of saying that the Company intends to make the MB a producing mine 2008, GUARANTEE to shareholders that auditors were filing the requisite paper work to be a BB again, The Dual Exchange by end of January 2009 and NOTHING, Telling shareholders that a dividend paydate announcment is to be made on 2/05/09 for Molygold and then NOTHING and then the Company waited 7 days to issue a Statement that the Transfer Agent just could not get it done and then on 3/13/09 The Company is revealed to have LIED on 2/12/09 in that the COMPANY was still [in advanced discussions with the buyer of Molygold}. Six weeks later a PR comes out once again saying everything is going to be ok again in a COUPLE of Week[s]. Most recently Shareholders have learned that the Company has ALL of this MONEY in the Coffers, from Massive Credit L:ines, Loans secured in Jan 09, 10 Million in Debantures, HOWEVER THE COMPANY OWES A MEAZZZZZLY 76,000 and CAN NOT PAY IT???
