Shareholder meeting = deal for shareholders. I can't see the point of having the meeting unless there is good hope on the horizon for BU shareholders....Not sure if they will let the cat out of the bag completely on Monday but I am sure we will get some News.
I think they have a deal cooking with someone but have not been able to make it final yet (Timing issues). the Gov't is giving the extension because there IS a deal, they just need to cross the "T's" and dot the "i's" so to speak. Otherwise the Fed's would have shut it down on Friday like they said.
