6 weeks ago we were told the PR was going to be the next Monday. A month ago we were told in a few days. Two weeks ago we were again told next week. Last week we were told this week. This week we were told Monday. now, you're saying by Wednesday.

I've noticed one immutable truth about pinkies ... there is no such thing as "next week." One waits all week for "next week," and just as it gets here, it becomes this week again ... and now we have to wait 7 more days for "next week." So, I've come to the conclusion there is no "next week." I know there was a last week because i lived it. I know there is a this week because I am living it now. But neither i nor anyone i know has lived through or seen "next week." Its just a myth clouded in a pink haze of sweet sounding PRs.
