kels, according to KA's letter, I believe that I have represented an accurate picture unless KA's numbers are inaccurate in his CEO communication. You should review the letter once again, because I believe you have the misconception. He stated the 47 productive wells and the cost for operating, maintenance and repair costs were $483,406.33. All I did was apply simple, straight foward mathematics, not slight of hand, to arrive at the numbers. There was another category for Drillng and completion costs, $80,867.21 that I excluded as it is not pertinent to the overall operating cost per well. So unless KA's number are incorrect, the $483,406.33 is the cost for operating, maintenance and repairs costs excluding drilling and completion. Once again, no slight of hand.

kels, on what basis are you making the statement that the cost of maintaining a well is much lower than $10,285.24? They are KA's numbers.

Excerpted from the CEO letter

Oil Field Operating, Maintenance & Repair Costs 483,406.33

Drilling and Completion Expenses
80,867.21
