Thanks Greenzsky. It's not often you can find a steal deal like this with pristine management and highly marketable products. These guys will be around a long long time IMO. Not your typical play. The HOA uses are just the beginning. That in and of itself is going to be huge, but the applications elsewhere are almost limitless. What's Kramer say... BUY BUY BUY!!
