The quote by IM during the CC stated "Revenue generating deals the past few months." This statement could not have been publicly disclosed if it were not true. The key is how much and will these revenue generating deals provide NEOM with the necesary funding going forward.

As stated before, I do not believe we will go into default or be bankrupt by the end of May. I do believe that alternative funding will be disclosed before that date. The companies we have partnered with would not have done so if BK was a possibility.

Scanbuy will settle with NEOM but I do not anticipate this happening before the end of May. Pure speculation on my part but if Scanbuy thought delaying would lead to NEOMS demise they would not settle by the end of the month. This is the tactic they have used thus far and it has not worked. They will settle but after negotiations. I just see negotiations taking longer than one month.

EFF is an afterthought at this point. What they PR or do going forward about NEOM is meaningless. Their credibility is severely diminished.
