Is it coincidental that the market cap has now held to precisely what the loan was for smithline. Can they be buying stock to make sure that the share price does not fall below .06 so when or if the company is bought the premium will cover the full loan. It may be an investment OR a buyout. I will admit, unlike you, that I am speculating. Bottomline, who would sell now? The only one that is going to lose is the individual shorting that has to cover. Obviously, I am hoping it is an investment NOT a buyout. IMO, unfortunately, this stock has been manipulated to these levels.
