Guys really, this isn't the forum to air your personal differences. Agree to disagree and move on. We all have already established that the audit is later than expected by a month and a half currently. Guys this kind of stuff happens.

We also all know that many of us question some of Mr. Sorkin's actions. Regardless, it is what it is, all we can do is make our personal decisions regarding our own investments/gambles. Really, gentlemen a more constructive conversation about the organization would be appropriate, instead of the senseless bickering about who can sue who. Unless your a lawyer or expert in civil and corporate law, leave the legal interpretations to the professionals.
