Not to disagree with you risk most of your posts are very good just as i was listening into him speaking i took what he said to mean something slightly differnt. Well first off he made it sound like he had no real clue how many shares where out. But he said he was paying the professionals aka his lawyers and tax people to deal with the share matter. That they would decide on an appropriate share structure once everything is sorted out and he would make it right. This being said i believe his meaning was not that he would buy everything above the 1.4 billion but would let his lawyers decide on the share structure necessary to support the business and than (make it right from there) not the original 1.4 unless they establish that as the necessary amount. So if there are 5 billion shares out there and the lawyers agree they only need 3 billion i imagine he would do something about the 2 billion over. Along with the buyback he also mentions. JMO correct me if im wrong on my understanding.
