They announced the vote of a r/s just so they can announce that it has not passed the vote on May 29 this will cause an insane increase look @ ctic exact scenario last mo. along with any other company who has ever voted against r/s. C onveniently the next few days they will be in a very prominent location @ asco that's a biotech conference in Orlando. There it is prime time to announce a merger/partnership. This increase will be larger than the first and will return them to nasdaq and institutional investers, at that time I will become an invester too! Its my opinion only, now go study!
