At least the pps won't go down due to the vote. There were various people who represented millions of shares that did not want Ken as the Chairman and CEO. If the vote would have went the other way, I'm sure they would have pulled their money out and the stock price would have went down. I think the price will go up due to the separation of the two roles. That's my humble opinion.
