My personal opinion is that all of the registered companies that buzz is operating will be under one umbrella..ella..ella that is buzz inc.

When the IPO paper work is filed is when buzz-inc will be "legally" born.

I normally don't speculate this much but we will see.

That is why it is important for an investor to make sure that the other entities exsist.

All my opinion.

Then again I have all the info I need at this stage in the game.
