Armani, Dont know how you would define a Scam company. But if a company is a Scam show then the signs I would look for is (a)Dilution and (b)Filings.

In both the cases, WWEI's track record has been pretty good. Consider this, sometime last year, WWEI was trading at $0.20. Dont you think that if this is a Scam then McNabbs would have sold off quite a few million shares?
