I see what you're saying, but it could also just be ETMM messing around, only way to tell would be to see how many shares are up on the ask.

Your theory doesn't make sense in the context of ETMM's activities over the past week. We've had bids of .02 two deep, and ETMM kept lowering his ask to .021. If it was truly a retail seller, he wouldn't have had an ask at .021 with two bids of .02, he would have just sold into the .02 bid
