It was my understanding the original License agreement between Techtane and PGYC covered distribution rights for the United States only. If that's true, how can they now announce distribution contracts supposedly with other countries?? Has anyone seen a new licence agreement between Tectane and PGYC?....let alone a signed copy of the original agreement? No shares were ever transferred to Techtane for the original agreement....so how many shares are involved in the rights to sell and distribute to Toshent Overseas???
Something doesn't smell right here!
Anyone have any 'good' answers?
When all is said and done it's what's done that counts, not what's said.
