The way it works is like this: VERT sells x amount of shares causing the pps to fall and thus encouraging others to sell. VERT than buys 2x amount at cheaper price. VERT at the same time does not want pps to become 0.01 because it may cause the buyout bidder to backoff. my 2 cents
