Yes. I don't think they have even submitted their manuals yet for review. It doesn't look like the stock price is going to move until they actually start selling tickets or start flying. Everyone thought the price was going to make major moves upon DOT approval. That obviously never happened, except for one day. FAA process has supposedly started and still no movement on the stock. Maybe it will happen with FAA approval?????? Or if they ever get some real press out there, other than some Russian newspapers, then maybe the general public in the US would actually know about this company and what they are attempting to do and will start buying the stock as opposed to the relatively small group of investors that are in it today hoping for a big splash.
