Other piok CEO's that lie to dilute stock are not as public as Jarad is. Fraud you will go to jail for and if you come out and stright up say your company is making money or we have a buyout offer and you are lying its call jail time. Also class action lawsuits by investors and probably one or two really pissed off sick rednecks showing up at your door with some zip ties, a tube of KY and a shotgun. Jarads been very public about it and for the most part I think he's not lying to us.
