The Bruce Willis/Samuel L. Jackson starrer also captivated Holland, scoring $660,000 on 100 screens to mark BVI's second-biggest opening there behind "The Sixth Sense."
"Dinosaur" earned about $4.5 million, hoisting cume to $207.1 million, spurred in part by Japan, where it retained pole position for the sixth weekend, grossing $1.5 million. With $37 million in the kitty, the creature feature is now Disney's highest-grossing toon in Japan.
