Frequency Allocation

Does anyone know what this means? I thought they already had DOT approval?

Yes, the D.O.T. has given approval that Baltia was fit, willing and able to fly.

Next on March 17 Baltia applied for a frequency allocation. They requested permission for 1 weekly flight from New York to St. Petersburg. This has been granted by the D.O.T. I assume when Baltia wants to increase their number of flights in the future (3 or 4 times per week), they will request another frequency allocation.

Baltia was at a standstill in Russia. They could not move forward in Russia until they had the U.S. Frequency Allocation. Now they have it.

If I interpreted correctly, Baltia states that their Inaugural Flight will happen on the day Russia gives Baltia permission to land in Russia, and before September 30, 2009.

This is all on the U.S Department Of Transportation website, for every one to see with your own eyes (the best way to get investing info). The next post has the link to DOT.
