Iam actually using Scottrade Elite (not sure of the minimum requirement)but it is nice good level two and lots of charting tools. I like it because if my alerts get missed, or a quote doesnt show correctly I can call technical support and they will fix it. I buy a lot of OTCBB and its important for the level II to be accurate an timely.
