Absolutely Dilution, just call Matin up and he will tell you of course we need to sell shares to buy things, what a joke. The only way to make a buck on this one is to turn the company around and actually do something proactive for the stock holders or get out, you have lost so much money for people and you either believe your crap or need a psy eval.
